• 8 potatoes, whole
  • 4 sprigs rosemary
  • 6 tbsp sunflower oil
  • salt and black pepper, to taste

\\  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Slice the potatoes into thickness desired.
Brush a little of the oil (about a tbsp) on a large pyrex and spread out the whole rosemary sprigs.
Coat the potato slices with the help of a cooking brush with oil.
Lay them out on the pyrex above the rosemary.
Bake for about 15 minutes, then turn them over and bake for another 10 minutes.
Potatoes are ready when slightly golden but when you stick a fork in them they're soft.
Season with salt and pepper.
Enjoy!
